Terms and Conditions

· Opening Hours

Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Our Tour Desks are open 7 days a week from 7:00am to 8:00pm, including holidays. Telephones are answered from 7:00am to 8:00pm seven days a week

· Rates

Rates are quoted in US dollars per person. In the event of increases in tour costs to us, we reserve the right to alter any quoted price. Tours are based on package rates to which considerable discounts have been applied. Deletion of any service on these tours will require recalculation on the basis of the individual services requested. CHILDREN under 12 years of age, sharing their parents' room are entitled to a 25% discount on most tours and infants under 2 years of age, enjoy a 75% discount. These discounts do not apply to local commuter airlines.

· Package Rates Include

All tours include accommodations, meals where specified on the itinerary, professional English speaking guides, specialist guides where appropriate, transportation including driver, transfers, boats and aircraft fees as required including operator, entry fees, taxes and service charges. Prices are subject to change at all times unless paid in full.

· Rates Do Not Include

Anything not specified, items of personal nature, meals not specified, alcoholic beverages, tips to guides.

· Tour Conductors Day Tours

One tour conductor will travel free of charge with a minimum of 15 paying passengers.

· Overnight Tours

One tour conductor will travel free of charge with a minimum of 15 rooms occupied by group.

· Payments & Deposits

A deposit of $100 per booking is required upon receipt of confirmation. Full payment is due 45 days prior to the commencement of services. Other deposits may be required for peak times.

· Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations are treated as such only in writing. If received outside of 45 days from travel date, a full refund less $100 administrative fee, any airline, hotel or other supplier penalty, will be made. Cancellations inside of 45 days from start of your travel will be assessed a 45% cancellation penalty of invoice value or the $100 administration fee, whichever is greater, plus any airline, hotel, or other supplier penalties. "No Shows" will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee based on the full cost of services. Once travel has commenced, no refunds will be issued for unused portions of packages and tours.

Cruise Ship Passengers and Bookings

A group is considered to be 15 or more passengers traveling together. Group bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a 25% deposit of the Rack per person cost. The balance of payment is due 45 days prior to the commencement of services. In some cases the deposit and payment schedule will vary in order to meet the terms and conditions dictated by the properties where the booking is required. Cancellations for groups must be in writing. Most properties require a non-refundable deposit for confirmation of groups and this should be borne in mind when making deposits. Cancellation penalty for any group, outside of deposits withheld by properties is $100 per group.

 

Cruise ship passengers are required to make a refundable deposit of $ 10.00 per/ person to secure all bookings.

 

If there should be the case that the cruise ship that you are on board schedules to start disembarkation on a certain time and decides to start disembarking earlier than scheduled visitor who have booked an excursion through Action Boys Belize are to wait for the arrival of one of Action Boys Belize's representative arrives for your excursion.

 

 This is a fixed policy.

· Responsibility

The responsibility of Action Boys  is limited. It acts only as an agent for the passengers in regards to travel whether by railroad, motorboat, private car, boat, aircraft, or any other conveyance, and assumes no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of defect, through the acts of God, dangers incident to the sea, fire, breakdown in machinery, acts of government or other authorities, de jure or de facto, or wars, whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, pilferage, epidemic, medical or customs regulations of from any caused beyond Action Boys’ control, or from any loss of damage resulting from improper passports, visas or other documents. Action Boys. cannot accept responsibility for the loss or additional expenses due to delay or changes in schedules or other causes. The right is reserved to accept or decline any passenger should such person's health or general deportment impede the operation of the services to the detriment of the other passengers. Refunds regarding these passengers will be handled on an individual basis. Action Boys reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any itinerary as may be deemed necessary for the carrying out of the tour package either before departure or en route, or withdraw any tour or package. Baggage is carried at passengers' own risk and baggage insurance is recommended. The issuing of tickets and vouchers shall be deemed to be consent to the above conditions. The airlines concerned are not  to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not on board their aircraft or conveyances. The passage contract in use by the airlines concerned, when issued, shall constitute the whole contract between the airlines and the purchaser of these tours or packages and/or the passengers.

· Change Orders

Reservation changes will be processed at no extra charge for up to two changes. We do, however, reserve the right to implement a charge of $25 for every change made in excess of the first two changes.

· Short Term Bookings

Reservations made within 15 days of travel date will incur no penalties if cancellations are made within 7 days of reservation date.

· Documentation

Prior to departure, clients must verify that his travel documents are in order and that he has a valid passport, which is required for travel to Belize. Visas are required for clients from some countries. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CLIENT TO OBTAIN A VALID VISA IF REQUIRED.
